BoxePanin Warranty Statement

Limited Warranty

BoxePanin provides a limited warranty for the items purchased from BoxePanin.shop. This warranty is in addition to your rights and remedies under applicable consumer protection laws and regulations. Please read this warranty statement carefully before purchasing a Product from BoxePanin.

Warranty Period

The Product is covered by a limited warranty for a period of 30 days from the date of delivery. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the Product.

Warranty Coverage

During the Warranty Period, if the Product is found to have defects in materials or workmanship, BoxePanin will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product, or refund the purchase price of the Product. Repaired or replaced Products will be covered for the remainder of the original 30-day Warranty Period.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or accessories.

Making a Warranty Claim

To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact BoxePanin’s customer support team within the 30-day Warranty Period by emailing us at support@BoxePanin.shop.
  2. Provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect or issue.
  3. Follow any instructions provided by BoxePanin’s customer support team.

Return and Shipping Instructions

If your warranty claim is accepted, BoxePanin will provide instructions on how and where to return the Product. BoxePanin will provide a return shipping label for defective products, and the return shipping cost for defective products will be covered by BoxePanin.

For returns due to customer remorse, please refer to our return policy, which may involve a restocking fee of $25.

Refunds

If your warranty claim is approved, BoxePanin will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned Product. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded using your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card shoppany to process and post the refund.
